Storytelling through the medium of VR art. Live from inside VR and Tilt Brush I will delve into how I tell stories through the medium of Virtual Reality art. The techniques and processes I use to tell immersive stories with space as a canvas, and even some tips and tricks!
Spaceteam VR, is due out in spring, Emma will be talking about the creation of this collaborative game that’s a comedy of chaos, and she will attempt a live demo – what could possibly go wrong?
“XR Stories is helping to shape the future of immersive storytelling across Yorkshire as part of the UK Creative Economy programme in partnership with Screen Yorkshire, the BFI and Game Republic. We have funded more than 18 projects to date across TV, games, theatre and heritage businesses in collaboration with academics from Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Bradford and York. We are currently offering Strategic grants ranging from £5-100k for R&D projects that help creative XR businesses to grow and helping businesses to reach new markets.”
